ETHAN BORTNICK - BIO


Ethan Bortnick (born December 24, 2000) is a 10-year-old pianist, composer, entertainer and one of the youngest philanthropists in the world.  He began playing a keyboard at the age of three, was composing music by the age of five and can play over 200 songs from memory.  

Ethan recently joined such artists as Barbra Streisand, Celine Dion, Miley Cyrus and Kanye West as the youngest member of the “We Are the World 25 for Haiti” all-star lineup.  Produced by Quincy Jones and Lionel Richie, the song premiered Friday, February 12 during the opening ceremony of the Vancouver Winter Olympics.

Ethan has performed in front of crowds of more than 20,000 people, sharing the stage with such legendary artists as Elton John, Natalie Cole, Smokey Robinson, Beyonce, Reba McEntire and more.  His exceptional piano skills and radiant personality have been showcased on television shows including four appearances on the Tonight Show with Jay Leno, the Oprah Winfrey Show, Good Morning America, Martha Stewart and appearances on every major television network.  He has also raised millions of dollars for children’s charities around the world by performing, inspiring and educating.
